Its compact, rugged one-piece design, machined from copper-beryllium, is small enough at 35 mm in diameter and light enough at 4.5 kg to enable easy handling and fast deployment.
Designed for operator simplicity, GyroLogicâ„¢ Evo allows drill crews to perform high-precision directional surveys from day one without needing external specialists. The tool operates inside the drill string without rod removal, significantly reducing non-productive time and increasing meters drilled per hour. Continuous surveying mode captures dozens of data points per second, ensuring extreme structural precision and enabling rapid, detailed borehole profiling.
GyroLogicâ„¢ Evo integrates seamlessly with SPT SmartCloudâ„¢, automatically uploading survey records organized by project and borehole. QA/QC reports can be generated with a single click and exported in popular formats such as PDF, Excel, CSV, LAS, and DXF. Powered by a rechargeable lithium-ion battery with 12 hours of active surveying, and paired with an IP68/IP69K-rated handheld device, GyroLogicâ„¢ Evo is built for the toughest conditions on any drilling site.
