The following statement is made in lieu of all warranties, expressed or implied; Levanto Finland Oy and/or the manufacturer’s only obligation shall be to replace such quantity of product proven to be defective provided that such guarantees or replacement are a stated policy of the manufacturer. Levanto Finland Oy and/or manufacturer shall not be liable for any injury, loss or damage, direct, incidental or consequential, arising out of the use or the inability to use the product. Before using, user shall determine the suitability of the product for its intended use and the user assumes all risk and liability whatsoever in connection herewith. The foregoing may not be altered except by officers of Levanto Finland Oy

Levanto Finland Oy reserves the right to change the prices and specifications of its products at any time without notice.

Our terms are net 30 from date of invoice, past due thereafter, a service charge of 2.4% per month will be charged on all accounts not paid by the month end.

In all cases, if an item is a new item never ordered by Levanto Finland Oy, or if the item is not part of the standard product line due to customization, the item must be paid in full (100%) prior to Levanto Finland Oy placing the order. In all cases of special order, or custom tooling, the deposits are non-refundable and the items are non-returnable.

EX-WORKS Kauniainen Finland

Any use tax, sales tax, excise tax, duty, custom, inspection or testing fee, or any other tax, fee or charge of any nature whatsoever imposed by any governmental authority, on or measured by the transaction between Levanto Finland Oy and Purchaser shall be paid by Purchaser in addition to the price quoted or invoiced. In the event Levanto Finland Oy is required to pay any such tax, fee or charge, Purchaser shall reimburse Levanto Finland Oy therefor or, in lieu of such payment, Purchaser shall provide Levanto Finland Oy at the time the Contract is submitted an exemption certificate or other document acceptable to the authority imposing the tax, fee or charge.

Claims for damaged merchandise in transit must be filed directly with the delivering carrier and not with Levanto Finland Oy

✓ Warranty begins on the date of invoice and not the first day of use on the tool.
✓ The Supplier represents and warrants that it is designing and manufacturing the Products in accordance with FEPA health, safety and environmental standards, https://www.fepa-abrasives.com.
✓ The Supplier warrants for a period of 12 months after delivery that the Products are without defects. In case of defected Products, the Supplier’s sole liability is, at the Supplier’s option, to repair or replace the Product or credit the Distributor with the purchase price of the Product.
✓ The Supplier is not responsible for any defects caused by the negligent operation or the failure to maintain the Product in accordance with the Supplier’s maintenance guidelines.
